French Dip 2009 Registration

Registration has closed.

As UW-Green Bay is a technological, eco-friendly campus and to complement our theme, registration for LeadGreen will be online only. The only paper associated with registration will be checks and the completed waiver forms found online.

Online registration will open December 1, 2009 and be due on February 5, 2010. Late registration will be due on February 12, 2010 with an additional cost of $5.00 per delegate. Delegates may choose not to attend at any time, but after February 5, 2010, they will be held financially responsible for any and all cancellations. The registration cap is currently 3 per school, 6 if bringing bid teams. The hotel is very flexible and has agreed to work with us to provide as many rooms as necessary to accommodate anyone needing to attend.

The final delegate cost is $87.00 per delegate and the double-room advisor cost is $122.00. The single-room advisor cost is $192.00. Payment must be made in the form of a check made out to “UW-Green Bay.” Check-in will be conveniently located in the lobby of the Country Inn & Suites and will occur from 2:00pm-6:30pm on Friday, with check-out occurring from 6:00am-11:00am on Sunday.
